CPU air cooler recommendations 8350

I used to have a 6300 paired with a cooler master tx3 and now I have a 8350 not installed yet and I'm looking and say that the pure rock slim costs $25. My tx3 performed great with the fx6300, I was getting around 15-20°C idle and around 50°C while stress testing or gaming. So now because this cpu has more cores do I need to upgrade to a better cpu cooler ? I can't really spend more than $25 so that's why I'm asking if I need it. I have a good air flow in the case corsair sp120 and ar120 fans. Do I invest in this gpu cooler so will my tx3 still do it's job just as good ?

I forgot to mention that the gpu cooler height limitation is 155mm that's why I'm not even considering the 212 evo even thought I've seen someone have it installed and will the pure rock slim clear my ram? I have the corsair vengeance pro. Can this cooler be mounted both ways, (vertical,horizontal)

I have an 8350 and the best cooler I have found for it for the money is AMD's own Wraith cooler. Most boards that support the 8350 say to use blow down coolers. I play Witcher 3 and Mass Effect Andromeda in max quality and my CPU stays in the mid 50s. And it runs remarkably quite also.

Get the Cryorig H7, fantastic cooler, short profile.
Consider upgrading platforms in the near future though, those processors run very hot and don't perform very well.
