Cpu air or liquid cooling

So I'm looking at an h60 corsair liquid cooler the price is around $60 USD would there be a better choice in air cooling I want quiet and easy instillation I will not overclock I just don't want the stock cooler

If you just want it quiet at stock and an easy install then you could go a lot cheaper than $60. This is $30 shipped:

I know it says there's a newer version of the product available, but it's $40 and if you're not overclocking, the difference is irrelevant.

The H series coolers make a lotta noise and tests readily show they do not cool as well as the better air coolers.

$30 will get ya a Hyper 212
$80 will get ya a Phanteks

Why get rid of the stock cooler if you're not going to overclock? It's not noisy, and keeps the CPU quite cool.

If you're dead-set against the stock cooler and you're not going to OC, I see zero reason to get water unless you just want to have it.
