built a new desktop gaming pc today some new parts some not I noticed my CPU was always on %100 usage when I boot my pc or do anything and my CPU fan sounds like a plane to the point it scares my dogs. I have the i7.7700 with a stock cooler master CPU cooler never had any issues before. as well only one ram slot will work.
any fixes thank you or suggestions.
