I've recently cleaned my Notebook (Hp pavilion g6, running windows 8.1) since it had been overheating a ridiculous amount, then after this clean my notebook started randomly shutting down and my fan sounds like its still attempting to cool down my pc yet its not heating up plus my disk and cpu keep randomly hitting 100% i have disabled both "super fetch" and "windows Search" which still have not done too much,

seeking assistance please help

If you find that the cpu is hitting a 100% usage then you should scan it for any virus, or malware.
If the hard disk drive is reaching 100% usage then it can mean that the laptop or system you have.
Has very little free memory available to it. It means it is using the swap file or file paging of windows very frequently.

The result is that when you for example click on or program or do a task by clicking on something it takes a very long time for the laptop to react.

Is this the case as described here ?

There's no issue with reaction times of using different tasks its all in the matter.
Also i did previously scan my notebook with Malware Bytes (its not malware don't worry i've been using it for years and no issues have come up due to it ) and nothing has been shown to be the problem with it.

Disk wise how would i fix that since i just checked in my task manager/resource monitor and its says i have 699 GB of capacity and 698 formatted. so it's quite obvious this may be the issue for my disk?

Either way if that is the problem or not, i may not have noticed, but if you could tell me how i could fix that case would still be appreciated, because it may as well be so the key issue, Thanks

I followed instructions from a Youtube clip and disassembled my pc and cleaned two chips that were attached to the mother board and then reassembled my notebook
