CPU and DRAM LED constantly red, black screen

Hey,

i just assembled and now habe the issue, that at power on, both the CPU and the DRAM LED on the Mainboard light up red.
The Are not blinking or anything, but instantly turn red.

I already tried swapping the RAM, booting with only one RAM module, replacing the CPU, … but no change.

the Mainboard: ASRock Z590 ITX
CPU: Intel core i5 11600K
RAM: Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8GB

Anyone any clues?

Fixed it.

the CPU Power cable was improperly connected :/
