Question CPU and DRAM MOBO lights on and can't connect to monitor

Hi folks, finished my first build using the following:
CPU: Ryzen 2600x
MOBO: MSI Bazooka V2 B450
Gcard: Zotac Geforce 1660
Ram: 1x8gb 3200 Ballistix sport (x2)
PSU: EVGA Gold 650
Case: Thermaltake H17 Versa Micro-ATX
I have been losing my mind because when I start it I can't connect it to my monitor, but it appears to run (CPU, GPU, case fans all run). When I boot it starts the DRAM and MOBO lights come on the motherboard. I've tried about every trouble shooting possible - reconnect/connect all cables, tested MOBO outside case. reset CMOS by pulling the battery, nothing has worked and I'm flat stumped.

Hi, Try leaving single RAM installed and testing each slot on board. Make sure that you're correctly inserting it (some require more force). If still the same, try testing different RAM model.

Yeah I've checked the RAM a lot and done 1 stick as well, still without success... Debating at this point if I should just try to return the MOBO and CPU
