CPU and GPU Compatibility

I dont know, maybe this question gets asked a lot; but would an Intel Processor be compatible with a Sapphire Graphics Card? I read on another forum that Sapphire GPUs only work with AMD CPUs. I have a Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Vapor-X and an Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad Core. Thank you if you respond!

Ha. Whatever/Whoever told you that shouldnt give advice anymore.
Sapphire will work with any brand of CPU, there is no purpose for them only working on one.

The card and CPU would be a great combo.
