If I buy an Athlon 200GE for gaming and also a 1050ti graphics card, will the gaming be different if I brought a Ryzen 3 2200G and also a 1050ti considering that everything else is the same???

I'm sorry but none of these posts answer my question.
If I had an Athlon 200GE WITH a 1050ti, for gaming, will the performance be the same as a Ryzen 3 2200G WITH a 1050ti?
Will the performance be the same with the 1050ti?
Does CPU affect GPU performance???
