[SOLVED] CPU and GPU fans wont spin and build not posting.

I just got done with my new build and it posted on first turn on but the fans stopped spinning once I entered the BIOs and the CPU temps were 80+C so I turned off the system and now when I boot the fans dont spin and it wont boot its just a black screen. The GPU temps were fine they were idling around like 30-40C.
Specs:
Mobo: ASUS ROG B450-F
CPU: Ryzen 3700X
GPU: RX480 4GB
RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x 8gb 3200
PSU: EVGA 500BR
CPU Cooler: Stock Ryzen wraith Max

Does it have the proper BIOS?
It should have BIOS 2301.
There are some BIOS versions before 2301 and if your board is running one of those I could see you having the problems you are having.
