Cpu and Gpu for Gaming/Recording

Hey I am looking for a good cpu and gpu for recording video games, rendering and just playing in general on a stable FPS rate I currently have an ok processor and graphics card but I want to start recording games and it cant handle to record and I want to get an 144hz monitor which obviously requires 144fps+ so I was wondering what everyone thinks I should go for, as of now I am completely clueless most threads I looked at were from 2014 or lower(so quite out dated) so yeah opinions please. As of now I dont have a price budget but just need to know some of the best preferably AMD! Thanks

Currently, there is no parts from AMD that can do 144FPS
You need an i7 processor (i7-6770K will be fine for your needs) as quite a few games will not be able to cross 100-120FPS with weaker CPU like i5.
for GPU:
1080p@144Hz - GTX 1070 is to start with
1440@144Hz - GTX 1080

Also to add to this I did not know if my motherboard supported intel, this is what the issue seems to be, when I get home I can give you my current specs.
