CPU and GPU selection

I am confused to select processor and GPU
1, fx8320 and gtx960
2, fx6300 and gtx960
3, corei5 4460 and 750ti
Need for pure gaming in future

An 8320, but preferably an 8350 with a GTX 960 would be a good choice.

The 6300, although it won't bottleneck with a 960, I wouldn't recommend. Games like Arma III and GTA V (all runable on a GTX 960) are a little more CPU intensive than others and a 6300 will hold them back. Not that its a bad CPU, but I'd recommend getting an upgrade. If you have the money, maybe go for 4460 and 950/960 or even a 6400 with a 950/960.

Would an i3 6100/GTX 970 be within budget? It would be your best bet and would give you an upgrade path in the future without replacing your motherboard. If not, then probably an i3 6100/GTX 960 would be a good choice.
