i am looking for a good gpu under 200$ only and only for video editing and rendering on adobe premiere pro and after effects

i am planning to buy i7 6700
gigabyte mb150 motherboard
240 gb ssd
2tb hdd
16gb ram 2133 mzh ddr4 8gb 2 sticks as it does not support 2400mhz
cooler master processor fan
i wanted a cpu on a ddr4 platform
i think this confi suits my budget
if you can suggest any other confi in 1000$ (68,000 INR)

i was suppose to go for asus 2gb 750ti OC
will evga 730 2gb be enough

i want to edit full hd (1920 by 1080) video on 60fps
that can take smooth editing and rendering

just too much confused

Solution
Video Editing doesnt requires much of a GPU. For video Editing Integrated GPUs are also more than enough.
Video Editing is highly CPU Intesive and requires more cores with hyper threading. In adobe premiere, CUDA cores are used more. So, NVIDIA GPU will be better in that case. And you will ofcourse need 16GB of RAM atleast for Video Editing. Although you will need to raise your budget to atleast 1500$ to get 1080p Video Editing at good speed.
I recommend going for this build :-

Also you didnt included PSU nor you included a case. So i included them and budget comes to 99k.
It has i7 5820k which is best for Video Editing, it has six cores and 12 threads. It will also serve good for gaming If you...
go for a 900 series gtx video card as they be cheaper now with the next gen coming out stick with asus or gigabyte or evga as brands as are awesome set ups go for minimum of 2g video ram so most games are playable most the issues & bugs been bworked out on the 900 series & the 700 series is getting older u be happier using the 900 series as a recomendation

900 series video cards are newer & better ur paying a price for i7 i5s for gaming is the way to go i5s go harder than i7s they are overrated i know a few gamers going back to i5s coz i7 arnt as good as they meant to be on paper 750ti are getting out of date u spend the same price on a 900 series card & i5 can do video editing no issues half the ratings arnt what they cracked up to be i real world test benchmarks arnt always tru as many variables krishan ur full of it i work on computers daily never believe whats on paper its real world testing as u get variables on cpu & gpu chips not created evenly

You are wrong bro, Video Editing requires a lot of power at 1080p resolutions especially when there are a lot of frames. Multi Core CPUs with Hyper threading are required for Video Editing. Video Editing doesnt uses even 1-5% GPU Power. While for Adobe Premiere NVIDIA GPUs are good . Thats why we have chosen a GTX 750ti which is under his budget and he doesn't needs anyhthing better than that.

i am not got a m8 that worked in the intel factory i got an i5 i can do most stuff or more than an i7 they are over priced for the price of an i5 u can do most things & the $ u save u can spend it on a 900 series video card that will do as he needs or more the newer the better the 750ti arnt the best go with a decent i5 & decent 900 series with 16gig ram no issues i guarantee it u can run the same resoltions on an i5 & the 900 series are energy efficient more the the 700 series & more recent updates where 700 are getting long in the tooth as the 1000 series is due out so go with an i5 & 900 series & decent OS & ssd no issues krishan ur wrong ur pushing him to waste $ on an i7 where the option i have will suit his needs better & been tried & tested many times over i know heaps of people going back to i5s coz the i7 are lackluster even i got a step son using an i3 that eats i7s high end gamers & pro set ups getting smoked by a dirty i3 even my i5 can handle the tasks i throw @ it same as the i3 i7s are overrated

Video rendering and encoding does not use graphics power. It only uses cpu. After effects uses some gpu, not much.
I say instead of buying a graphics card, go for a better cpu. Like an i7 6700K and a Z170 motherboard. More cores helps your workload, so a 5960k or upcoming haswell-e will be better than these but those will be out of your budget.

Are you high bro? Can't u read he doesnt needs to play games. Why the hell will you recommend a 900 series GPU whille he doesnt needs that. Investing in a better processor specifically made for Video Editing will give him more benefits.
