CPU and GPU Temperature question..

Hello, i want to ask on the readings of various software(Coretemp, MSI Afterburner,HWMonitor) to measure temps of my pc:
CPU and GPU temperature on indle: 38 degrees celsius/ 38 degrees celsius respectively
CPU and GPU temperature under load (gaming on max settings 1080p): 60-65 degrees celsius/ 60 degrees celsius respectively

Sometimes, CPU temps under load spike at 70-75. Though this happens only sometimes, I'm worried if this can shorten the life span of my CPU (i7-8700) Plus, i live in a place with a hot climate. (Room temps 30 degrees celsius and above)
Am i still in the "safe" range of temperature ? Thanks!

Thanks mate! I was worried. Don't want the CPU dead before Cyberpunk 2077 or ES6 releases.
