What are the optimal cpu/gpu temps while gaming?

What parts do you have? I ask only because it could be quite different depending on how new/old they are. Generally for newer parts you want to keep both CPU/GPU under 80C while gaming. Laptops usually will run a bit warmer.

I usually stay around these temps depending on CPU or GPU model:
CPU -> 70°-80°C (167° - 176°F)
GPU -> 75°C-85°C (167°F - 185°F )

3600x and 5700xt. Right now they're at (cpu) 60-70 and (gpu) 60

If those are load temps they are very good.
