CPU and GPU upgrade compatible with MOBO need help

First things first, I am getting a new case so space is not an issue.
Looking to upgrade cpu and gpu, what are the best options that are compatible with my mobo? I am going to use this pc for gaming and web surfing, I want to be able to run cs go at about 150 fps in med settings if possible.

not really designed to be upgraded. power supply seems to be 220 watts. most video cards require 450 or higher. A model number of the motherboard would be helpful for the cpu. but again, it's not really designed to be upgraded.
