Cpu and gpu

I have an Intel Core i5 4570 and im going to buy a new graphic card. Im thinking about the EVGA GTX 980 SC. Will the cpu be good enough, or do I have to buy a new cpu? I want to play most games on very high/ultra settings. Games like Star wars battlefront, Overwatch, Crysis 3 and games like that.
