I am just building a budget PC for my friend who just plays some basic Graphic game like assassins creed 3, black flag etc. So i have decided to go for AMD chip due to budget constraint. So guys I want to know does AMD give a good life because my friend is just concerned about the PC's life.

Not sure what you mean by "PC life", as far as how long it will run games? Not very long at all, it's already a weak CPU for modern games. If you mean how long it will run without breaking, all depends on how good of a power supply and cooler you have for the system. The VS power supply in the system is a low end one, that is the weak part.

Also make sure you get the fastest dual-channel RAM the motherboard and CPU can run, that will improve graphics performance if you are not going to be using a real video card. Looks like you want 2133 speed RAM, dual 4 gb sticks would work.
