CPU and Max Temperature

I've noticed recently after Installing a new GPU that the CPU temperatures have increased under Heavy Load. When Playing game Like the Witcher 3 the Temperatures get up to mid 60s about 65C and Max 70C. While games Like GTA V get up to 75C. What is the max Temperature and is it safe at these temperatures?

Yea, sounds normal, if you wanted you could always invest in a cheap CPU cooler that can reduce temps quite a bit. Not that you're overheating, but a cooler average operating temp is always better.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or GeminII (silent), they are all $20-30 or so..

It opens up ability to OC as well, if mobo is capable.
