Hi ! I'm waiting for an I 5 9600 K and one A S U S Prime H 310 M-K MB. I have a quick question: I will have to do a bios update to these 2 pieces works together? Thanks!

Unknown. This page -- https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-H310M-K/Help... says that you need at least 0803 BIOS version. That version has been available since June. So it is very possible a BIOS update would be required. There is no way to know how long that motherboard has been on a shelf somewhere. There might be a sticker on the box with the BIOS version or a sticker saying 9th generation compatible. You will just have to wait and see.
