CPU and memory overclock

Dear guys!

I bought a new computer 5 days ago. I have 2x4 GB Kingston HyperX Blu 1600Mhz CL9 RAM, and i think they have some problem.

I checked them inside CPU-Z and they run at 11-13-13-35. I think this isn't the optimal latency..

Can you give me some advice?

I have the ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0, and i tried the TurboV EVO software, and it "upgraded" my CPU (FX-6300 with stock cooler) to 4020Mhz, and my RAMs to 11-11-11-28 but only in 12xx Mhz. Is it ok?

are you sure that is the correct mhz the ram is running at because it seems to be very low for the timings set

Im not sure, but i dont have any experience about overclocking, or setting the bios properly :/

I know. I would like that my rams work at CL9 (9-9-9-xx) with 1600Mhz.
