So I've finally made the decision to start oc'ing my system. I'm not going to go crazy or anything but I want to try and squeeze out as much as I can from my system. I've been doing a ton of research lately and I still have a few questions I can't seem to find answers to.
1) If I OC my CPU do I have to OC my memory as well?
2) I currently have this memory in my system:

I want to add another 4gb to max out my system. This is what I'm looking at adding:

The only reason I'm not adding the same memory as before is because I'm on a budget since I've just upgraded a few other parts in my system.
My question is the two sets of memory have different timings but run on the same voltage. Is the different timing going to be an issue?
