I am sorry they won't.

CPU is of FM2 Socket (It is second generation Trinity) while Motherboard supports FM1 socket (It supports first generation Llano HP / Brazos LP).

No it isn't compatible because the AMD processor is a FM2 socket and the motherboard is a FM1. They don't match and your processor is a 2nd gen and that mobo only supports 1st gens
