CPU and Motherboard temps are over 90c

I have a i7-6700 and a ASUS ROG Maximus Hero Alpha motherboard. My speccy by piriform and my BIOS says that the CPU is 90c to 100c and my Motherboard is exactly 100c I have no clue why this is my cooler is also a corsair H100i, someone please help me.

what pins did you plug your pump and fans on ?

Oddly enough that sounds like it could be in ferenheit. Those correspond with possibly accurate idle temps.
