Cpu and motherboard

will AMD FX 8320 cpu work with a gigabyte motherboard? Would appreciate an answer please. They are both AM3+ but would just like to be sure.

Im pretty sure its terrible but i currently have the Gigabyte GA-78LMT and ideas on what i should get or around $200
