CPU and other things for an HTPC

I am going to make an HTPC and i was curious to know what kind of CPU i should get under these restraints:

• Budget is $500
  EVGA 750Ti FTW
  A Sound Card

Also if there are any case or Sound Card recommendations let me know that too

The reason why i want the 750Ti is because i might do some light gaming with this rig too

A AMD FX6350 would be good for this kind of build.

From what ive heard Asus make pretty good sound cards although most onboard sound solutions can be pretty good so i would recommend buying that as an extra later on unless you require an particular sound output.

Case wise i would recommend something small but thats entirely up to you.
