Hi, i recently build my first gaming rig and while it does run really good, I do have some concerns.
Especially my RAM and my CPU..
My rig consists of:

CPU: Intel i7 3770 3.5 Ghz
GPU: 2x Dual X r9 280x in crossfire
MOBO: Msi z77a-g45
RAM: 8GB (2x4 GB 1337 ram Dual Channel)
Power supply: Corsair RM 850

Now, when im idle everything is fine! But as soon as I start gaming my CPU hits 85-100% usage and my ram is close to 7-8 gb usage the entire time.
I use msi afterburner to check these values.

The game in question is Black Ops 3.

Now my question is... Should I be worried? Or is this completely fine?
I was thinking that 8GB RAM isn't enought and I am thinking of upgrading to 16GB. Do you think this is necessary?

A huge thanks in advance!

Solution
Raise your ram multiplier to get it to 1600, overclock your cpu and enable multi threading, also it may help to unpark cores if you have any parked.

Turn your power options to high performance
In the bios disable
Thermal solutions (if you have good cooling)
Disable c states,
Disable stepping
Disable any power saving features.

For your ram oc it to 1600, once stable at 1600 tighten the timings,

In bios disable the on board graphics.

Use catalyst control center to control black ops. Force v sync, change frames render to 1, turn on triple buffering, turn tesselation to x4 or x6
Change max fps to 60

Now in the game only play on high as extra uses 15.6Gb ramax.
DISABLE ORDER INDEPENDENT TRANSPARENCY AND VOLUMETRIC LIGHTING.
Run the...
16 gbs is the minimum to play AAA games at high settings in this day and age. Playing with 1333mhz ram is no longer optimal. If you are going to upgrade, go with 1866mhz MINIMUM. 2400mhz is better. Upgrading from 1333mhz ram to 2400 MHz can have substantial impact on FPS by 5-12 frames!

Now you will see less of a FPS impact, but you will see one with the increase ram capacity and speed. If you do upgrade that is.

My mobo and cpu only allow for 1600 mhz.
My mobo does support higher, but then i have to oc and i dont know enough to do such a thing.
My CPU however only supports 1337/1600 as far as I know... Do you think going with 2x 8gb 1600 will be enough?

RAM speed has nothing to do with his setup, you linked an apu video. This video is 100% irrelevant.

Check for virus, malware etc. Also black ops 3 is known to have performance issues.

Run the game as admin.

Should be 100 better
