CPU and RAM EZ Debug LED on, no POST

hi guys:

My PC has failed to POST, but powered on fine (fans spinning, backlight on).

the last thing i did was to use nicehash miner to check my balance, and i played some overwatch afterwards i think.

the problems:
cpu and ram ez debug on
when press restart button the RAM debug light goes off, so i have removed the reset wire from JFP1 with no changes.
gpu and cpu fans working fine

specs:

ryzen 1500x with stock cooler
GEIL DDR4 2133mhz (1x8)
gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 (6GB)
msi A320m Grenade
Kingston 120GB SSD
cooler master masterwatt lite 500w

steps tried:
1. reset CMOS by removong battery and using jumper
2. Reconnect RAM and tried both slots
3. Removed frontpanel reset switch from mobo
4. Reconnected all power cables

Try testing different memory, if possible, to rule it out.
