CPU and RAM Issue

Hi. First of all sorry for bad English.
Last day i changed my cooler to Liquid Cooler and then my CPU started to not recognizing one of RAM slot (DIMM1) in EVERY motherboard.

I tried every single part in another system, (including motherboard) every part works fine.

Note: Ive checked mobo damage from cooler. But there is no damage i can see.

System specs:
FX 8300 (Now using 1055T which recognizes two ram slots)
8x2 GB RAM Corsair Vengence
Asus M5A78LT mobo
500 W Power
1080 GTX GPU

I'd double check that there aren't any broken/bent pins or scratched traces on the mobo. Also makes sure that the cooler is mounted with even pressure.

Ive changed Mothercard and it didnt worked. Same thing happens. My FX 8300 still dont recognize first ram slot in every motherboard. It recognizes second ram slot. If i put one RAM to first slot, i cant even see BIOS screen when i start computer.
