Cpu and Ram not working

I just recently built my first gaming pc, to turn it on and have the ez debug led says the cpu and ram aren’t working. The leds and fans are working but my monitor won’t signal.

Here are my specs
gtx 1050 ti 4gb msi
b250m pro vd motherboard
8 gb g skill ram
cx550 watt psu

I don’t know what to do and i’ve tried looking at other articles but aren’t helpful.

What CPU do you have?

Also be sure that the RAM stick or sticks are fully seated and in the right slot on the motherboard. If you have dual channel memeory then removes 1 stick and test each separately.

try taking out the 1050 ti, and test with just the igpu?

taking out the gpu didn’t work either.

then that just cpu/motherboard and ram.
check for bend pin on the motherboard?
