Cpu and ram problem on msi b350 gaming plus

Hi sorry in advance if this turns out to be something simple but I keep getting the ez debug leds on my mobo for the cpu and ram to turn on and nothing gets displayed on my screen.

Specs
Cpu: AMD ryzen 5
Ram: Hp 8gb ddr4
Psu: cougar vtx
Cpu fan: raijintek leto

Can anybody help me? It's my first build and I really hope I didn't mess it up.

Which motherboard do you have? Make sure you go over each connection to make sure they are making proper connection, and double check them against the motherboard manual to make sure you didn't miss anything.

I've got the msi b350 gaming plus motherboard and I've triple checked the connections for everything and it's still not working.
