I have an Asus Motherboard with an AMD 64 4000 and I recently bought 4 GIGS of RAM my computer says I have 3.44 GIGS which is fine. How do I change the latency to insure I am getting the best out of my CPU and RAM?

Windows is telling you you have 3.44 gigs because thats the limit that a 32 bit OS can "see" and use .
A 64 bit OS can use more .

Ram timings can be accessed in BIOS . Have a look at your mb manual . Tweaking will make very little difference to system performance and may make your computer unstable or shorten its life . Proceed with caution
