[SOLVED] CPU and ram upgrades for my gaming rig for destiny 2 is it worth it???

I’m thinking of upgrading my gaming rig from 8gb 3000mhz ddr4 single module and i3 8100 3.6ghz quad core to i5 8400 2.8ghz 4ghz turbo and two 8gb 3000mhz modules
I’m upgrading from windows 8.1 pro to 10 no matter what because My Bluetooth WiFi Addapter only half works and only the Bluetooth part because it’s a cheap pile of junk. But is the cpu ram upgrade worth the big bucks?? I’m going do it eventually so I can play newer games but my question is should I pull the trigger now or wait a few months??? Also would an aio water cooler be of any use for the upgrade????
