[SOLVED] CPU and VGA ez debug lights plus overcurrent on usb devices ?

My pc:
R3 3200G
Rx 580 2048sp
Crucial ballistics 16 gb 3200mhz
700 watt psu

I disassembled my pc and cleaned it thoroughly i put everything back together and i started getting cpu and vga light on my motherboard. The cpu light was there but the it would still work, but the vga light and overcurrent on usb devices are new problems. Do i need to replace motherboard ?
