[SOLVED] CPU and Video Card - can’t display onto monitor

I bought a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti recently to replace my integrated GPU. It presented red dots all over my screen when connected so I bought a new AMD cpu to try and fix the issue. Now neither of the video cards work and the monitor says No Input Detected. I have tried 2 monitors, 15+ cables and 3+ different connection types as well as rotating the cpu chip each time and uninstalling the GeForce video card.

Solution
The red dots sounds like the graphics card may be at fault.

But part of your later information suggests to me that perhaps even the CPU is now broken as well. CPUs install only in one direction, so I'm not sure how you're "rotating the cpu chip each time".

See whether the POST sticky suggestions help: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

Once those have been exhausted post the specs of your PC, and hopefully a solution can be found.
