CPU and video card

ok i need some help i want to play games but then i worried i have an intell Q9300 and my idle at

55c 46c 48c 49c
when i run prime 95 for a bit i get these tamps at %100 cpu load


73c 65c 69c 70c

distance to tj max

26c 35c 31c 30c

and i can't change the fan it require me haveing to remove the motherboard and don't know how to do that so should i even try to game or not intell told me there tj max was 110c

do you realize that this is the GRAPHICS CARD forum. There is a dedicated CPU forum. They're different if you haven't realized. hmm maybe thats why no one responded.
