Question CPU and vram psc light on

When I try to turn on my pc nothing boots up and the cpu and vram psc lights are on. What should i do

4070 ti, and ryzen 7600x, Asrock b650m pro rs WiFi, rosewill HIVE 750w fully modular power supply, crucial p3 plus 1 tb ssd, corsair vengeance 32gb ddr5, Nzxt kraken 280mm,CORSAIR 3000D RGB AIRFLOW Mid-Tower PC Case

It was working fine yesterday but today when I turned it on the screen was black but the gpu was spinning and the cpu cooler wasn’t on and the cpu and vram psc lights were on
