I currently have AMD A8 7600 cpu and RX 560 gpu. If i upgrade my processor to Ryzen 5 will i get better frame rate in games? A better cpu would help to use full potential of my gpu?

Sure, a better CPU would help, though you need to keep in mind that an RX560 is a rather slow GPU (slightly better than AMD's current APUs) so its "full potential" is not going to amount to much.

A better way to look at a CPU upgrade would be as preparation for a GPU upgrade at some later time instead of getting the most out of your under-powered GPU.

If you have a microcenter near you, or even only 2 hours away, that's where I would buy your upgrade parts.

My coworker just bought a Ryzen 1600 for $80, and received $30 off his motherboard because you get a discount when you buy a combo. So he bought an A320 motherboard for $50, and got $30 off so his motherboard cost $20.

So for $100 he had a new motherboard and 6 core processor. A single 8GB ram stick will run you $33. So you can have a complete modern upgrade with CPU, Motherboard and Ram for $133!!!!!!!!!! That's a steal!!

Once you get some more money, you can buy another 8GB stick of ram to get you up to 16gb.
