CPU at 100% when a game is launched (after power shut off)

I was using my computer the other day and the power went out. Now when I play a game the CPU goes to 100%. Everything else seems to be okay. I did not have a surge protector, so I am worried I need a new CPU. Any thoughts?

Look at task manager for cpu load anf MSI afterburner for gpu load.

It is normal for either the GPU or the CPU to go 100%

What are your especifications?
