Question Cpu at 100% when i first start task manager, then drops to normal when idle, should i worry?

I was wondering if this could be a virus or what?

I have an: intel i5 9400f

nvidia: 1660ti

16gb ram

I've also ran windows defender, malware bytes, and nothing there.

the 100% on idle is just task manager glitching but see if the pc is slow because if the cpu reached 100% the pc becomes to be slow but when you are playing it looks like that your game is a heavy cpu title but i don't think it is because 6c is enough but maybe only 6 threads is limiting it

You'll need to excuse me im not very familiar with the pc terms, what exactly is 6c ?
The pc performance is smooth in game, and quiet fast outside, i was worried about the numbers on the task manager, thats all.
