CPU at 100%

Hello all,
I have a Win2k Advanced Server as a DC, print and file
server with SP4 + latest hot fixes installed. The System
Idle Process is taking most of CPU's time and is running
at 100% most of the time since 1 week ago. I haven't
installed any hot fix since 3 weeks ago though.
I don't know if the article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=841382 can
be applied to my environment.

99% of the System Idle Process is normal and it means there is no load (the
system is idle).
What is a real process eating the CPU power?
