CPU at 100 %

Just created my own build. Well i downloaded BF4 and began playing. It runs Fantastic but as i was playing i received a warning saying my CPU usage was a 100 % i have had some people say that's a good thing but if so why would it come up as a warning on my computer

Where is the warning coming from? You probably installed a software to monitor CPU speed or temperature and it gives you a warning. You need to know from what software it's coming from.

As far as I know Windows doesn't give you a warning when the CPU is at 100% so it has to come from something else.

It actually came from Norton security. I downloaded a cpu monitor off the web shortly after. Not sure of the name being I'm at work right now.

As far as my specks go I run the I5-4440 at 3.1 GHz with the GTX 760 SC GPU.

Yeah, since you're running BF4, I'm not surprised you're getting that warning. BF4 is really taxing, and I hit 100% constantly.

Just ignore it Bam, you'll be fine, Norton also tends to be annoying, I'd recommend you get a free AV like Avast Anti Virus Free, or Comodo Internet Security (if youre an advanced user). Unless you purchased an license for Norton, if you did just use it until the end.

But yeah, it isn't a good thing- but it's nothing bad.

Then I would look in Norton options, maybe there's a way to deactivate this warning in particular.
