My old motherboard died, so I had to buy a new one.
I got an old HP motherboard and took out the CPU, Graphics Card and the RAM from my old one.
But now I have a problem.
My CPU always hits 100% when trying to use sites like youtube or facebook.. and it lags a lot.
Can I do something to fix this or the CPU is not compatible enough with the motherboard?
Motherboard: HP DC7600
CPU: Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU 2.53GHz 2.52GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB
RAM: 2GB

Solution
I think its probably just time to admit that your system has past it's time. The CPU alone is coming up to 12 years old now - asking anything of it is too much these days. Also, modern usage will quickly east up that 2GB of RAM you have, especially considering it will be very old.

My advice, retire the system and start looking at buying something in this decade!

Solution

Eh, okay. I thought there might be a solution since I don't have a big budget (Never had a big budget).
Computer parts are expensive in my country.

Serbia
And my budget was 100 Euros...
In total it cost me
Ram: 30 Euros
Graphics card: 40 Euros
CPU: Got it from the old motherboard
Current Motherboard 35 Euros
