[SOLVED] CPU AT 100%

Hello i need help. After i updated my BIOS to the lastest version. Now when i play games my CPU is at 100 and my GPU barely uses, only in some games like Minecraft. But like COD Warzone, Insurgency Sandstorm, Escape from tarkov and PUBG. My GPU barely use its like 0% at most and CPU at 100%. I dont know what to doo i have a pretty good pc and this happened after i UPDATED my bios.
I made a post before but it wasnt so much for an help he quit answering so please help me.

Specs:
CPU: i5-6600k 3.50Ghz
GraphicCard: ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING
Motherboard: Ranger VIII Maximuss
PSU: RM750x 750 watt 80 plus gold cerified fully modular PSU
RAM: Corsair Vengance 16gb
And no my pc isnt overheated i have alot of fans in my pc.

could try going back to the original bios, unless you need the update for one reason or another

Before you do that try resetting CMOS
