Hello, I have a question that I´d been unable to find solution on internet. I have a laptop Toshiba with an old core duo p7350 and from some time now it hits temp of 190° F with 60% usage, RAM (4Gb) at 50% and all fans working fine. Once rich that temp limit, gaming ad other ativities begin to lag. What´s wrong? All I find on Internet is about cpu at 100% usage but it´s not my case. Thanks.

tbh, laptops eat ass when it comes to playing games (Heavy games). They are only built to really play browser games, things that don't go to hard on the hardware (GPU, board, RAM, CPU, Hard drive).

But it is definitely a dust issue, my dad laptop dropped a little more then 100F after taking his laptopn in to get it cleaned. I wouldn't advise you cleaning it yourself because you could damage parts while taking it apart. Take it to your local hardware store (Best buy, Brandsmart, Fries), they should charge you $50 or less but you will notice the difference while using you PC.

Make sure you blow out the dust on the heatsink and fan. If it hasn't been cleaned in a while, that'll be the reason.
Laptop are built to operate under hotter temps, but 80C+ is a bit high (190F = 87C). Try making sure it's free of dust and monitor the temps then. I think 70C-80C under load is more than likely fine for laptops.
