According to ASUS GPU Tweak II my CPU and GPU usage is as above. While playing GTA 5 at any settings the FPS is always at 60-80 fps at any settings( Very High/ Normal). Almost 5-7 fps difference at higher settings. My temps are normal everytime without any OC.

PC Specs:
CPU: i7 6700 with Kraken x52 AiO
MB: Asrock B150m Pro4/Hyper
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133

Look in your motherboard manual(or download it).
There should be a preferred pair of slots in which to insert two sticks.

I assume you bought a 2 x 8gb matched kit and not two separate sticks(even of the same part number)

Take each of the sticks and test them individually with memtest86.
Put them in the preferred slot for one stick.
You download the app to a usb stick and boot from usb. It does not use windows.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Then test with the two sticks in the a1/a2 channels where it does boot.
If the test is ok, then the ram is good and the likely problem is with your motherboard.
It is possible that the b channels are bad.
But, a more common cause is a bent cpu socket pin.
If you were...

I'm not going for high speeds.. The only available sticks within my budget are these.. HyperX Fury are unavailable since long time and are also bit expensive than these with lower speeds. That's why buying the XPG 2666 sticks

Hello.. Sorry to Disturb
Today I received my New Ram sticks to use dual channel ram mode.
I have a problem now
My PC doesn't post when I insert the stick in B1 or B2 DIMMS.
It posts only in A1 and A2 but that's single channel.

If you were not careful dropping the cpu into the socket it is easy to damage a pin.
Look carefully. It may be possible to fix a bent pin.

Yes, I bought the kit.
The memory sticks seem to be good although I didn't do a test. But my old ram stick is memtested with 3 passes.
I tried that one stick in each slot but only posted in A1 and A2.

Yes, my socket actually has one bent pin.
But how can any bent pin make the two slot useless?

The functions of the pins are murky.
I know from experience that a bent pin can cause ram issues like yours.
You are lucky in that you can still use 16gb of ram.

Try taking a pin to straighten out the bent pin.
A jeweler might be able to do it better for you.

If no joy, you have two options:
a. replace the motherboard.
b. run in single channel mode.

That said, if you are looking at a big jump in cpu performance, you could look into a current gen cpu replacement and an appropriate motherboard.

Okay so I got the dual channels working.
Now all the slots are working
Bios and Cpuz shows that the ram is in dual channel 2133 speed ie limited due to skylake processor.

I ran GTA V again to see improvements..
But wtf the fps is the same..
Still goes down to 45 fps in populated areas.
I also clean installed the windows on the ssd so the drivers and all are good.
What's the problem 😔😔😔

Good you fixed your dual channel issue.

But, I think your issue is single thread speed.
While you have 8 threads, GTAV is not a well threaded game.
Your 6700 runs at 3.4 with a turbo of 4.0 on only one core when conditions are right.
Intel is not sensitive to ram speeds so single/dual channel may have only a 2% fps impact on fps.
Look to see if you might be able to replace with a 7700K which runs at 4.2/4.5 stock.
You will not be able to overclock on your B150 motherboard.
And such a change may not be worth it to you.

My only other suggestion is to go to the GTAV forums to see if game options can be changed to advantage.

Yes I agree..
I guess I need to adjust myself to this. :(
Although expected 20 frames more.
I cannot upgrade anything now. Spent too much on the upgrades for this year..
Maybe 2 years later I may go for CPU upgrade..
Thanks for helping me this whole time :D
Also can you help me out for the last time with a good thread related to GTA 5 GPU Settings or anything that might help me gain some performance? If you have some free time.
