CPU automatically starts going high

some how my CPU automatically starts going high when i leve it alone for 5 min or so and the task manager, processsers, svchost one of them goes high

it worked i had 111 malwares

thanks alot Norton Internet Security did not do anything malware bytes found 111 malwares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
