CPU being weird

So a few days ago I upgraded my PC from a Core 2 Duo E6600 to a Core 2 Quad Q6600 because I play some low-end games and getting low FPS. After I installed the CPU I got about 100-150 FPS on Counter Strike: Global Offensive which was a dramatic increase from my old 40-60 FPS, but today I try and play CS:GO again and I'm getting 40-50 FPS, I don't know what's going on.
Thoughts??

whats are you temps?? how bout full system specs ??

Hi

A lot depends on if the games can make use of the extra 2 cpu cores or not

I presumes you have a gpu card and are not just using the inregrated intel graphics

Each core's average temp is about 55C. I do not know any of my other specs except I have a GTX 750ti OC.
