Hello, I have ASrock z370 Extreme4 with it 8600k I'm trying to see what are the best bios settings for my cpu... What should be enabled or disable to get the best out of the cpu. Maybe get better temps out of it? The load% and temps always jump up and down like crazy even when my computer is on idle. Maybe a option in the bios?

Here are my options in setting

Unless you are overclocking, and are willing to put in the time and effort to learn HOW to do that correctly via manual bios configuration settings, then it's likely best to simply load the bios "optimal default" or "setup default" settings, and leave it at that.

If you are interested in overclocking or understanding HOW and WHY certain settings can be changed, I'd suggest you take a look at the following links and familiarize yourself with the configuration settings and concepts covered. i5 and i7 configurations will be similar, so no need for a CPU model specific set of directions.

Whatever you do, I'd recommend leaving the FCLK settings alone unless and until you become 100% familiar with what changes there will do to the rest of the system.
