Cpu boost clock?

I have an Intel Core i5 3470 3.2ghz which should boost to 3.6ghz but in task manager it boosts all the way up to almost 4ghz??????what

I dont see the relevancy of other components other than mobo and cpu, i did not overclock the cpu. Base clock for the cpu is 3.2 which it is, but the boost clock should be 3.6 acording to intel website but taskmanager shows the speed is nearly at 4ghz (3.96ghz)
