Shop for a crucial mx500 ssd 250GB.
Clone your ssd to the mx500.
Remove your ssd and replace with the mx500.
Copy the stuff from the flash stick to the mx500 and remove the flash stick.
Make sure both the ssd and the hdd are connected using sata 3.
Run a pass of disk cleanup on the mx500 just to tidy up a bit.
Make your startup group skinny.
Reboot and let the machine sit for a few mins then run UBM with the browser closed and post a LINK to the results.

I am not buying another ssd how could it help me in performance. I already got one and it is enough .Also i ran the gpu test with a clean restart but the tests are windowed and in the skill bench test when it is windowed it is running poor but when i put it full screen it is running perfectly fine at 60 fps capped because of my 60hz refresh rate monitor i think. So could this be the case for the other tests as well when it runs bad in windowed ? https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/47881831

Things are different in that run.
You don't have a bunch of background stuff running.
You don't have a flash stick connected.
You have more free space on the ssd.
As for windowed or not that you would have to play with.
